Turning it into a pull-over for my girlies. It's not too exciting, but they both really liked it (the younger told me that when she gets as big as her sister she's going to wear it!)
As you can see from the picture, all I did was sew the middle together, add cuffs, a band at the bottom and turned the neck opening into a V-neck. It's still not my favorite piece, but I fell like I managed to save it and I'm glad about that.
